What you see
With up to four stores, each store gets a card with its net sales, its receipts and its share of total sales. From five stores the cards give way to one table sorted by net sales, which stays readable with many branches.
One store or all of them
A store picker narrows the whole dashboard to a single store, and a period filter sets the dates for everything at once. Choose all stores again to see the full picture.
What to do with it
- Compare like with like: look at the same dates for every store before drawing conclusions.
- Share of sales shows which store carries the business and which one you could grow.
- Open the busiest hours for one store at a time to plan its staffing, rather than copying one store's rota onto another.
- Use the receipts column next to net sales to tell a busy store from a high-spend one.
