Works with Loyverse: POSanalyst reads payments and dining options from your receipts from your Loyverse account, so there is nothing to type in. It only reads and never changes anything in Loyverse.
Payment methods
A share bar and a legend show your payment methods, with the three largest named and the rest grouped as other methods. The names are the ones you set up in Loyverse, where you can add your own payment types (for example one for PromptPay) in Back Office. A table behind it lists every method with its amount and count.
The cash card
The cash card shows the cash taken in the period, its share of all payments, and the card and QR split next to it. It is cash from receipts, not a count of the drawer.
Dine-in, take-away and delivery
Order types are read from the dining option on each receipt, under the names you gave them in Loyverse. For each one you see its share, net sales, receipts and average receipt, and a chart of sales by hour split by type. If your receipts have no dining option set, this panel stays hidden.
What to do with it
- Know how much cash to keep in the till and how much to expect in the bank.
- Watch the QR and card share if you pay fees on them or want to nudge customers one way.
- Compare the average receipt of each order type to see which one is worth growing.
- Check the hourly split to see when delivery peaks and plan the kitchen for it.
