POSanalyst for Loyverse
POSanalyst reads your sales from Loyverse and turns them into reports: busiest hours, top items, payment methods and every store side by side, with a daily summary in LINE. It only reads, and never changes anything in Loyverse. It is free during the pilot. POSanalyst works with Loyverse, but it is not made by Loyverse and is not affiliated with Loyverse.
How connecting works
In Loyverse Back Office you create an access token and paste it into POSanalyst. The step-by-step guide takes about 2 minutes and comes in English and Thai.
POSanalyst only reads from Loyverse. It never changes anything in your Loyverse account. The token is stored encrypted, and you can cut access at any time by deleting the token in Loyverse.
What POSanalyst reads from Loyverse
Once a day it also checks whether your shop uses shifts in Loyverse. It keeps only yes or no and the time of the last shift, never amounts or staff.
A copy of this data is stored in a database in Singapore. Each shop's data is kept apart from every other shop's, and we do not sell or share it. The privacy notice explains backups and deletion.

How much history you get
We import the last 30 days first. You can then choose to import older sales, as far back as your Loyverse plan keeps them (the free plan shows the last 31 days). After that, everything new while you're connected.
Disconnecting deletes the copy.

Press Disconnect in the connection card at the bottom of your dashboard. Disconnecting deletes your Loyverse token and the copy of your Loyverse data. You can also delete the token in Loyverse to cut access.
