Top items ranks what you sold by net sales for the dates you choose, so you can see which items carry the menu and which ones barely move.

What the report shows
The ten best items by net sales for the period, each with the quantity sold and a bar that shows how it compares with the best. Refunds are taken off, so an item that is often returned ranks lower.
Search and full list
Type part of a name to find any item sold in the period, or open the full list to see every item ranked by sales. Pick any dates or a preset such as 7 days or 30 days to change the period.
What to do with it
- Protect your top items: keep them in stock and prepared before the rush.
- Look at the tail of the full list for items that sell little. They are candidates to drop, rework or move.
- Compare two periods, for example a month against the one before, to see which items are rising.
- Price and promote with the top of the list in mind: it is what your customers already choose.
Good to know
The report needs items in Loyverse. A shop that rings up only custom amounts has no menu to report on, and POSanalyst says so instead of showing an empty ranking.
