How do I see sales by hour, and my busiest hours?

In Loyverse

The sales summary chart can group sales by hour for the dates you choose (sales summary report). You get one chart per date range and we found no weekday by hour view. The Sales by item chart can group by hour, but its table shows totals by day; there is no hourly table per item (Loyverse Town thread).

Inside Loyverse

Pick the dates you care about and group the chart by hour. To compare weekdays, repeat this for each date range.

In POSanalyst

A weekday by hour heatmap of average net sales or receipts, sales by hour and by day with the best day and busiest hour marked, and today so far against your usual. The heatmap needs at least 7 days of sales and uses calendar hours. See busiest hours and days.

Which items sell best?

In Loyverse

The sales by item report shows the top 5 items and a sortable table for a period (item report).

In POSanalyst

The top 10 items for any period, a search over every item sold, and the full list ranked by sales. See top-selling menu items.

How much did I take in cash, card or QR?

In Loyverse

The sales by payment type report shows it, and you can export it (how to export data). You can add your own payment types (for example one for PromptPay) in Back Office (payment types).

In POSanalyst

Payment methods for any period, and a cash card with the cash taken, its share of payments and the card and QR split. See cash, card and QR.

How do I split dine-in, take-away and delivery?

In Loyverse

There is no native split. A Loyverse moderator suggested working from a Receipts CSV export instead; export needs the Unlimited Sales History add-on or its free trial (Loyverse Town thread).

In POSanalyst

Order types, read from the dining options on your receipts: share, net sales, receipts and average receipt for each, and sales by hour. The panel only shows when your receipts have a dining option set. See order types.

Can I compare my stores?

In Loyverse

Yes. Reports can be filtered to one, several or all stores (multiple stores).

In POSanalyst

Every store side by side, with a store picker and a period filter. See comparing stores.

Can I get a daily summary by email or LINE?

In Loyverse

No built-in daily summary by email or LINE that we could find. In April 2025 a Loyverse moderator, asked for an automatic end-of-day email, replied that there was no such feature yet and suggested the API (Loyverse Town thread).

In POSanalyst

Yes, in LINE. Link your LINE chat in the Daily summary tab, then tap Today or Yesterday in the POSanalyst menu and the summary arrives in the chat. See the daily summary. Email, Telegram and WhatsApp are coming soon.

How far back can I look, and can I export?

In Loyverse

The free plan shows the last 31 days. Export and older history need the Unlimited Sales History add-on (USD 5 per store per month in October 2026) or its free trial (Loyverse pricing; item report help).

In POSanalyst

We import the last 30 days first. You can then choose to import older sales, as far back as your Loyverse plan keeps them (the free plan shows the last 31 days). After that, everything new while you're connected. See the Loyverse integration.

Try it on your own shop

POSanalyst is free during the pilot. Connect your Loyverse account with an access token; it takes about 2 minutes and POSanalyst only reads, never changes anything in Loyverse. Loyverse changes its pages and prices from time to time, so check their help pages for the latest.
