Works with Loyverse: POSanalyst reads your receipts from your Loyverse account, so there is nothing to type in. It only reads and never changes anything in Loyverse.
What is in the message
The same LINE menu also has This week, Top items and Cash.
- Net sales for the day, large at the top.
- How the day compares: against a usual same weekday (from up to the last four) when there are enough past weeks, otherwise against the same day last week.
- Receipts and the average receipt.
- Refunds, only on days that have any.
- Your three best-selling items.
- Your three biggest payment methods.
- With several stores, one card for each of your top 10 stores after the all-stores card.
When you get it
In LINE you ask when you want it. Today shows the day so far, up to your last sync with Loyverse. Yesterday shows the whole last day.
POSanalyst learns your closing time from about a week of your sales. A channel that sends by itself, such as a webhook to your own server or automation, sends 30 minutes after your usual last sale, or at a fixed time you choose on a 24-hour clock. Until the closing time is learned, it sends at 22:00. You set this in Daily summary settings, in your shop's time zone.
How to turn it on
- Sign up and connect your Loyverse account.
- Add POSanalyst as a friend in LINE. If you signed in with LINE, the chat links to your shop by itself once you add it.
- A partner or manager can link their own LINE: in the Daily summary tab, press Get a code and send the 8-character code to POSanalyst in LINE. The code works for 30 minutes.
- Tap Today or Yesterday in the menu at the bottom of the chat.
Pause or remove it
Press Remove next to the LINE chat in the Daily summary tab and it stops answering there. To get it back, link the chat again with a code or sign in with LINE.
To pause the summaries that send by themselves, untick Send me a summary every day in Daily summary settings and save.
Other ways to get it
A webhook sends the same summary as a signed JSON message to your own server or automation. Email, Telegram and WhatsApp are coming soon.
