Start here: your Loyverse sales, explained for the owner
POSanalyst shows what sells, when and where, using the sales you already have in Loyverse. Six short steps, about 10 minutes. You need a phone and your Loyverse login.

Before you start
- Your Loyverse login. Use the owner's login: staff logins may not be able to make the code in step 2.
- A phone is enough. A computer works too.
- Telegram or LINE on your phone, if you want the summary in a chat. Email works as well.
- POSanalyst only reads from Loyverse. It never changes anything in your Loyverse.
Step 1 Create your account
Open the sign-up page. Sign up with Google, or with your email: we send a code and you type it in.
You should see: A page that asks for your Loyverse access token.
Stuck? No email? Look in the spam folder, then ask for a new code. Google says it cannot sign in? Use your email instead, or open this page in Chrome or Safari (in LINE or Telegram, tap the ⋯ or share icon, then Open in browser).
Step 2 Connect Loyverse
POSanalyst needs a code from your Loyverse account, called an access token. You make it once in Loyverse, copy it and paste it into POSanalyst. The token guide shows every tap, for a phone or a computer, and has the paste box.
Making a token is free on every Loyverse plan.
You should see: POSanalyst confirms the connection and starts loading your shop.

Step 3 Wait while your sales load
POSanalyst now copies your past sales. A progress screen shows how far it got. It takes a few minutes, longer if the shop has many years of sales.
You may be asked how far back to load, and one or two quick questions about the shop. Answer what you can: you can change how far back to load later on the dashboard (Change how far back to import), and the shop answers in Settings, Your shop. You can close the page and come back; the loading goes on.
You should see: A progress bar that fills up, then your dashboard.
Step 4 Look around your dashboard
Overview shows sales, busy hours and days, top items and payment methods for the dates you pick. Day shows one day at a time. Patterns shows how a usual week looks. With more than one store, you can look at each store on its own.

You should see: Your own sales, with the shop name at the top.
Stuck? Numbers look low right after connecting? The older sales are still loading. Check again in a few minutes.
Step 5 Get the daily summary in your chat
Every day after your shop closes you get a short message: sales, how that compares with a usual day, top items and payments. It looks like the example below.
In the dashboard tap the gear, then Daily summary, then pick Telegram or LINE and follow the code steps on the screen. On Telegram choose For me: it also signs you in to the app inside Telegram, so you need no password there.

Example data, not a real shop. You should see: The chat says it is linked. The summary arrives after your next closing time. On LINE you can also tap Today or Yesterday in the POSanalyst menu at any time.
Stuck? The code is only valid for 30 minutes. If it ran out, ask for a new one on the same screen.
Step 6 Add a partner or a manager
A business partner or a manager can get the same summary without using your account. Open Settings, then Daily summary, then Share with a partner or manager. Type their name if you like and press Create share link. Press Copy link, or Share…, and send it to them in any chat app.
They open it on their phone, choose Telegram or LINE and follow two taps. They read the figures; they cannot change anything or reach your account.
The link works once and for 7 days. Until they finish, you can press Revoke, even if they already opened it. Once they are linked, their chat is listed under Where to send: press Remove there to stop their summary.
You should see: The link appears once on your screen. Copy it before you leave the page: it is not shown again.
